Seat Selection

You can now select your preferred seat on all Air Pacific international flights before check in.

Selecting your seat is free of charge.

How to select a seat

Step 1: Click the “Manage Your Booking” tab in the header section at the very top of this page

Step 2: Retrieve your itinerary by entering your Air Pacific booking reference number and Last Name

Step 4: Scroll to the “Your seat selection and special meal requests” section and click Modify

Step 5: Click “Select Seats” to open the seat map for your flight

Step 6: Select your preferred seat(s) and select “save seats”

Step 7: Finalise your seat selection by clicking “Save and continue” and you’re done.

Information you need to know

Whilst we will do our very best to fulfil your preferred seating request, Air Pacific reserves the right to reassign you to a different seat. Your actual allocated seat for the flight will be confirmed at check-in.

Certain seats, such as Exit Row, Bassinet and Upstairs (747 aircraft), are blocked and cannot be reserved.

Passengers with infants are requested to Contact Us to reserve a bassinet.

Seats can be requested 10 minutes after creating your booking online.
